All samples-related data from COMPACT are here.
Feel free to write me in case of any questions.
Don't mix it with webcompact.wdm.ruhr-uni-bochum.de which is a read-only interface to the COMPACT legacy database

30 Loops: (Ni-Co-Fe) 45 sec. + Pt 122.5 sec. Deposition @ 400 °C + 5 hours dwell @ 400 °C.
